Multi - Decora switch plate
- Place plate over switches that you wish to use.
- There can sometimes be a small variants between the plate and
switches
.
- If so, turn off power and remove plate.
- Switches can be moved a small distance by
backing off the mounting screw and moving the switch
slightly left or right to match switch plate. Re-tighten
mounting screws.
- Screw in 1st screw until just touching plate. If plate begins to lift back off screw
until it drops back into place.
- Start on 2nd screw Hand tighten – gently till just touching plate
- Then alternate hand tightening 1st & 2nd screw - until snug with plate.
NOTE: DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN SCREWS
Hand tightening is enough.
Single Toggle switch plate

Multi - Toggle Switch
- Place plate over switches that you wish to use.
- There can sometimes be a small variants between the plate and
switches.
- If so, turn off power and remove plate.
- Switch can be moved a small distance by
backing off the mounting screw and moving the switch
slightly left or right to match switch plate. Re-tighten
mounting screws.
- Place plate over switches move around to get best match to all
screw holes and install screws. If plate begins to rise on one side as you are tightening the 1st screw back off till plate
drops back then start hand tightening other screws till snug with plate. Go back and tighten 1st screw till snug with plate.
NOTE: DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN SCREWS
Hand tightening is enough.
